    DO’S :
  • Always keep your cheque book in safe custody and in case of loss of cheque, please inform the branch immediately.
  • One should always visit the bank for cash withdrawal or deposit, except in exceptional situations. Do collect the stamped receipt after cash deposit.
  • On receipt of the Welcome Kit / Cheque Book / Debit Card, if the packet is tampered with any other suspicious observation, immediately check and report the same to the Branch Manager or Contact Centre.
  • One should always check their statement of account / pass book on regular basis. In case of any discrepancy notify Branch Manager / Contact Centre immediately.
  • Please complete all the fields in the account opening form/s, Investment related proposal form/s, FD application/s before handing over to our Executive
  • Please refer to the FD Rate Chart before placing deposits and verify the FD advices issued by the Bank with the FDs listed in the statement of account.
    DO NOT’S :
  • Do not keep your cheque book and cards together.
  • Do not handover cash to any Branch Executive or other person (other than Branch Teller) for depositing in your account.
  • Do not handover blank cheques or Credit Card to the Bank Executives.
  • Do not keep blank cheques signed.
  • Do not share your account details, password or other security information with anyone.
  • Do not store / write any passwords on the back of the Debit Card or in the wallet, simply memorize your password
