All above charges are including with service tax.
Currently, RuPay Debit Cards are active for Domestic POS (Point of Sale) transactions only. (and not active for making payments through internet / online transactions )
For making payments through internet, RuPay Debit Cards service will be activated soon.
As per Bank’s policy, all the account holders are provided with RuPay Debit Card which is active on 2.00 Lac ATMs and most of the Domestic POS machines.
If Customer wish to have make online payments, pleases submit form to any of the The GS Mahanagar Co-op. Bank Ltd. branches
Customer's complaint on failed transactions to be resolved by bank within 7 working days from the date of receipt of complaint, failing which customer is entitled to compensation for any delay of Rs. 100/- per day by the card issuing bank ( If complaint is lodged within 30 days of the transaction). If in case of incomplete financial transactions (either on Point of Sale Machines / Online transactions), Bank will reverse the funds into Customers account after 7 (working) days. If not reversed, Customer has to submit a complaint letter to branch or mail the same to atmsupport@mahanagarbank.com Then Bank will raise complaint (chargeback) to the merchant’s bank and reversal or receipt of chargeback slip at Bank’s end may take upto 90 days. The procedure is as per RBI/National Payments Corporation of India rules.
Using ATM (Automated Teller Machine) customers can access their bank account in order to make cash withdrawals of Saving & Current Accounts, ATM pin change and balance enquiry.
